1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 50,000,000 with respect thereto to the Plaintiff and the period from April 18, 2019 to May 31, 2019.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Part of dismissal: The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings is amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768 on May 21, 2019 and entered into force on June 1, 2019, only the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 shall be recognized, and the claims for damages for delay in excess thereof shall be dismissed.
