A. Defendant C is worth KRW 3,659,387,590 from the Plaintiff.
1. Basic facts
A. On August 3, 2007, the Plaintiff Union is a housing reconstruction and improvement project association under the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents (hereinafter “Urban Improvement Act”) with the size of 53,396 square meters in Daegu Suwon-gu AE as an improvement zone (hereinafter “instant improvement zone”). The Defendants did not join the Plaintiff Union as the owner of each real estate listed in the separate sheet in the instant improvement zone (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”).
B. Around March 8, 2007, the Plaintiff Association obtained the consent of the establishment of an association from 368 owners of land or buildings in the instant rearrangement zone with the consent of the establishment of an association, and the consent of the establishment of an inaugural general meeting (hereinafter “instant consent”). On March 8, 2007, the Plaintiff Association passed a resolution of rebuilding resolution and project plan, < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 17588, Mar. 8, 2007; Presidential Decree No. 25178, Mar. 1, 2007; Presidential Decree No. 25178, Feb. 3, 2007; Presidential Decree No. 25171, Apr. 1, 2007; Presidential Decree No. 25174, May 1, 2005; Presidential Decree No. 2
3. Consent to establish an association and improvement projects;
(a) Design outlined site area (public injury area) of a new building, and other 53,396 square meters and 163,353.68 square meters and 2 stories underground and 15 to 16 stories incidental facilities and welfare facilities;
(b) 1,675,695,725 won in aggregate of the estimated cost of removal of buildings and the estimated cost of new construction and other project costs: 174,223,690,123 won in total of the cost of new construction and other project costs; 204,830,329,529,552 won in total;
c. (1) Imposition and collection of costs according to the articles of association of the association, the provisional settlement at the time of disposal and disposal, and the final settlement at the time of liquidation of the association. (2) The value of the assets owned by members of the association shall be calculated as prescribed by the articles of association of the association.
