2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

1. On May 31, 2014, the Defendant acquired one credit card of the foreign exchange bank owned by the victim E, who was lost by the victim E, within the “D” convenience store located in Young-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Busan, on May 31, 2014.

The Defendant did not follow necessary procedures, such as returning the credit card acquired as above to the victim, but did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On May 31, 2014, the Defendant purchased goods, such as tobacco, etc. equivalent to the market price of 3,700 won within the “F convenience store” managed by a victim with no knowledge of his/her name located in Young-gu, Busan, the Defendant paid the purchase price by presenting the credit card of the foreign exchange bank, as described in paragraph (1), as if it were his/her own credit card.

B. On May 31, 2014, the Defendant purchased 43,000 won in the “I restaurant” operated by the victim H located in Young-gu Busan Metropolitan City G, and paid the purchase price by presenting the credit card to the foreign exchange bank, as described in paragraph (1), as if the credit card was its own credit card.

C. On May 31, 2014, around 19:08, the Defendant purchased food, etc. equivalent to KRW 115,970 in the market price within the “Kart” managed by the victim who is unable to know the name in the Busan Young-gu J, Busan, and paid the purchase price by presenting the credit card obtained as if the credit card was its own credit card, as described in paragraph (1).

On May 31, 2014, around 19:20 on May 31, 2014, the Defendant purchased a new 3 emergency exit of an amount equivalent to 267,000 won at the market price within “M” operated by the victim L in Busan Young-gu G, and paid the price by presenting the credit card to the foreign exchange bank, as stated in paragraph (1), as if it were its credit card.

E. On May 31, 2014, the Defendant is at the market price within the “Oan area” operated by the victim N in the Busan Young-gu G around 19:31.
