2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The Plaintiff is a person appointed as a local fire captain on July 31, 1992 and served as Sejong Special Self-Governing City Sejong Special Self-Governing City, from December 15, 2016 to February 4, 2018.

B. On February 26, 2018, the Fire Officers Disciplinary Committee of Sejong Special Self-Governing City decided to take three months of suspension from office against the Plaintiff on the following grounds, and the Defendant accordingly took three months of suspension from office against the Plaintiff.

If a fire officer concurrently holds office, he/she is required to obtain permission for concurrent office from May 28, 2016 to January 2018. However, he/she is required to attend a meeting of the board of representatives of the C Association at least three times (the meeting of representatives) (the meeting of representatives January 24, 2017, May 24, 2017, and November 28, 2017) and to receive allowances of 3.50,00 won per meeting. Violation of the prohibition against departure from office - the application for a business trip to attend a meeting of the C Association’s representatives on January 24, 2017, but he/she was absent from office at his/her discretion during the period from October 28, 2017 to October 24, 2017, and he/she voluntarily visited the C Association to attend a meeting of the board of representatives of the C Association during the hours of emergency rescue and training, but he/she voluntarily visited the workplace from 25:14 to 27.27.

5. 24. Attending the meeting of the board of representatives of the Co., Ltd. - On October 11, 2017, after filing an application for departure from hospital treatment, the hospital treatment was not conducted, and the conclusion of a real estate sales contract at the office of the Deputy Director of the Daejeon High-dong, Daejeon High-dong Office (Seoul High-dong), from December 15, 2017 to December 13:00, 12:00, before the time of departure - visit to the Deputy Director of the Daejeon High-si Office located in Daejeon at around 11:00 on January 9, 2018 to 10:55, after filing an application for departure, he/she performed private affairs different from the annual and disease who applied for the above visit from the time of departure from the time of departure, and was assigned to the place prior to departure.

The plaintiff shall be equivalent to a local appeals review committee for Sejong Special Self-Governing City with respect to the above disciplinary action.
