On November 4, 2015, at around 01:10, the Defendant driven B vehicles under the influence of alcohol of about 0.181% of alcohol in the blood alcohol level from around the street of the main body of the bus platform around the city shuttle-dong, Gwangju, to the middle distance in the same middle-dong located in the same middle-dong.
