The Defendants: (a) employed a female employee by leasing an officetel; (b) reported the advertisement posted on the “E”, which is an advertisement site for commercial sex acts; and (c) decided to conduct commercial sex acts against the female employees; (b) Defendant A provided funds necessary for business and employed female employees; (c) Defendant B and Defendant C performed the role of managing business, such as the reservation of customers; and (d) Defendant B conspired to have 40% of profits and 30% of profits and 30% of profits, respectively.

1. On May 10, 2012, Defendant A and Defendant B leased five rooms, including the Ftel 408, 417, 420, 820, 920, and 920, of the Ftel 408, 417, 420, 820, and 920 in Busan-gu, Busan-do. The Defendants employed female employees, and then posted the advertisement to “E”, the Busan-do advertising site.

The Defendants, around August 28, 2012, as indicated in the instant officetel 408, had female employees H (for example, “I”) report the advertisement and arrange to receive KRW 120,000 won per hour from a man whose name the name was found was unknown and receive 120,000 won per hour from him/her, and as well as arranging to do sexual intercourse between that and January 31, 2013.

1. As described, sexual traffic has been arranged on a total of 259 occasions.

As a result, Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. The Defendants A and C leased two rooms, such as the above F Officetel 221 and Jtel 720, Busan High-gu Busan High-gu, and employed female employees, and then posted the advertisement for commercial sex acts in the name of “E” on the advertisement site for commercial sex acts in Busan High-gu.

Defendants, around 22:00 on January 21, 2013, arrange for the similarity act of receiving KRW 40,000 per hour from a man who was unable to know his/her name after reporting the above advertisement, and leading him/her to a man’s sexual organ with his/her hands and hand.
