On April 30, 2014, the Defendant, along with G, posted a letter “I will sell a gallon three cellular phones” on the Internet NAVER bulletin board using a mobile phone under the name of the Defendant, and reported the number of the Nong Bank in the name of the Defendant to the victim I who contacted with G, and first transfers KRW 100,000 to the victim I.
