1. The plaintiff's lawsuit against the defendant B shall be dismissed.

2. The plaintiff's claims against the remaining Defendants are dismissed, respectively.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. Plaintiff clan 1) The Plaintiff clan was jointly set up with Q’s 19 descendants, Q Q Q’s 19 descendants, and the Plaintiff clan’s members of the Plaintiff clan were for the purpose of the franchising, the protection of graves, and the management of the soil and sand, and U, V, and W’s three clans were separately set up. However, the Plaintiff clan was separately set up with U, V, and W, but the Plaintiff clan was actually set up with U’s descendants, but it was jointly set up with Q’s chis (W and V’s descendants were not identified, and both Plaintiff clan’s members of the Plaintiff clan were the descendants of the above U.S.

The descendants of AC and AD, the above X’s grandchildren, as the descendants of AC and AD, have a dynamic village in the present fathercheon-si AE, and AD’s descendants, as they form a dynamic village in the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Ycheon-gun, Gyeonggi-gun, Gyeonggi-do) and are called the Plaintiff’s clan, and the above 3 branch descendants are called the Plaintiff’s clan, and the qualification of her branch members, as the descendants of the above T, has an adult male who is an independent householder.

3) The plaintiff clan was first called as " Q clan" in 1940, but from around 1940, it was changed to "AL clan" in front of the name of the SP by attaching 6 members of the SP and 4 members of the SP in order to clearly indicate the AP.
