1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from October 1, 2019 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The grounds for the attachment of the claim shall be as shown in the attachment;
2. Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act provides that the Defendant shall only submit a formal written objection after receiving a payment order prior to the implementation of the instant lawsuit, and the Defendant shall not appear on the date for pleading without submitting a specific written response. Thus, the Defendant shall be deemed to have led to the confession of the facts indicated on the cause of the said claim pursuant to Article 150(3)
