1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 38,467,279, and KRW 25,311,519, and each of the above amounts to Plaintiff A. < Amended by Act No. 4794, Apr. 1994>
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. The amendment of the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal of Lawsuit is subject to the rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, and thus, the part of the claim in excess of the scope is dismissed.
