A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Notwithstanding that the Defendant was not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant either purchased or attempted to purchase a cocar, a narcotics, or attempted to purchase a cocar, as follows. A. The Defendant did not commit an attempted purchase but failed to do so.
At around 08:00 on November 26, 2017, the Defendant, who became aware of in the club, decided to purchase ccars from the name-free winners (one name “B”; hereinafter “B”), and around 08:00 on November 26, 2017, the Defendant included approximately KRW 350,000 of the ccar’s purchase price in the above ccars, which were put in the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government CR-based unmanned ships.
Accordingly, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 350,000, about 1g, Cocar from B.
B. On December 5, 2017, at around 04:05, the Defendant posted approximately 1.5g of the Cocar, which was put in the above B’s knick stack, and posted KRW 525,000 for the above knick knick.
Accordingly, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 1.5g from Cocar in KRW 525,00.
C. On December 12, 2017, at around 17:41, the Defendant: (a) sought approximately 0.48 g, a Cocar, which was put in the above Bara-Ba-Ba-Ba-Ba-Ba-Ba-Ba-Ba-Ba-Ba-Ba-Ba-Ba-Ba-Ba-Ba-Ba-Ba-Ba-Ba; (b) sought to include KRW 525,00,00 as the purchase price in the above Ba-Ba-Ba-Ba-Ba-Ba-Ba-Ba-Ba-Ba-Ba-Ba-Ba-
2. On November 26, 2017, the Defendant used cocars over seven occasions from the above date to December 8, 2017, using ccocars using ccocars as soon as he created by paper in Mapo-gu Seoul (Seoul) apartment and D apartment, the Defendant’s residence, and ccocars used approximately 0.1g of ccocars as indicated in the list of crimes, from the above date and time to around December 2017.
