Punishment of the crime
The defendant of "2018 Highest 1195" is a holder of the Grand Rexroth.
On March 8, 2018, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license on March 8, 2018, driven a vehicle with approximately KRW 60 km from the Myeonwon-gun to the Damoel parking lot located in Daejeon Seo-gu, Seo-gu.

1. On August 12, 2017, the criminal suspect violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driven by J 1260CC, without obtaining a driver's license, from the front side of the F-ro in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon to the front side of a restaurant located in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, and from around 21:48 on the same day, J 1260CC, without obtaining a driver's license.
2. On August 12, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (refluoring to take a drinking level). On or around August 21, 2017, the Defendant was required to comply with a drinking test by inserting a drinking measuring instrument for about 15 minutes from KK in the position of the Daejeon Pungdong Police Station, while driving the otobb in the vicinity of Daejeon Pung-gu I, Daejeon under the said paragraph (1).
Nevertheless, the Defendant avoided the so-called “breath, breath,” and did not comply with a police officer’s request for a so-called alcohol measurement without justifiable grounds.
