On November 13, 2013, at around 01:00, the Defendant driven CNS car with approximately 100 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.115% while under the influence of alcohol from the Dongwon-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul to 727-33, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu.
