2. Summary of the parties’ assertion

On May 21, 2004, when the Plaintiff purchased KRW 200,000 and paid the purchase price, the obligation to register ownership transfer between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff on May 21, 2004 to extinguish the Plaintiff’s obligation to register ownership transfer, and the obligation to register ownership transfer of the instant land is established, but the payment of the price is six square meters already paid.
