[criminal records] On December 16, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment for fraud and 2 years of suspended execution at the Incheon District Court, and such judgment became final and conclusive on December 24, 2015.

[2] On April 2013, the Defendant: (a) performed on behalf of oneself a debt of 3.8 million won to be paid to a mobile phone agency with respect to illegal opening of a mobile phone; and (b) did not receive reimbursement of the said money from C until September 2013; and (c) did not receive reimbursement of the said money from C; (d) the victims D and the victims E, who were accompanying with C, were urged to repay the said money to receive the necessary money.

Accordingly, the Defendant continued to demand that, from September 2013, 2013, she used the money that he/she used from time to time to time or from a private teaching institute or workplace where the said victims are accompanying, she used the money that he/she created and disposed of. As she is a accomplice, she was able to receive and resolve a loan of 4 million won due to C, and as she was 28 million won, she received and repaid the money.

Accordingly, on September 2013, the above victims did not contact the defendant with the victim, and the victims were urged to return money to the victim with the victim "I would return money with the loan, I would like to return it to the victim to the ground."
