모욕
The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On August 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) reported that a person who uses “B” on the bulletin board of the “Welstm” website, posted the text attached to the victim D’s photograph under the title “C”; and (b) the Defendant written the comments “E” and publicly insulting the victim by writing comments on the comments.
2. Determination
(a) An offense subject to prosecution upon complaint: Articles 311 and 312 (1) of the Criminal Act;
B. On January 25, 2017, after the institution of the instant indictment, the victim submitted a self-agreement on January 24, 2017 to the effect that the victim would withdraw the filing of the instant complaint.
(c) Judgment dismissing a public prosecution: Article 327 subparag. 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
