1. The defendant shall pay 93,102,228 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from July 25, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Defendant indicated the claim: (a) was entrusted with processing by the Plaintiff from April 13, 2018 to August 31, 2018; and (b) supplied processed products equivalent to KRW 116,763,948 in total; (c) the Defendant did not pay KRW 93,102,228 among them; and (d) the Defendant claimed payment of the remainder of the contract and the compensation for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from the day after the original copy of the instant payment order was served to the day of full payment.
