1. The facts charged in the instant case [Attachment to the Crimes] is a person who was a worker or a field manager at the construction site of the new construction site in Gwangju City E-si, who is performing civil engineering and construction works from March 2017 to May 2018 in the “B Co., Ltd.” (the representative director, and D).
On the other hand, in relation to the construction of the said FIC, “B” corporation purchased or leased materials from “G” (representative H) as the temporary material wholesale and retail chain. The Defendant listened to the phrase “B corporation”, the representative G, stating that “the cost of materials is unpaid in the amount of KRW 28,850,000,” and without any authority, prepared a “written confirmation of the price of materials” in the name of the representative director of “B” corporation and received a delivery cycle.
[Specific facts constituting a crime] around April 16, 2018, the Defendant stated as "written confirmation of material price" on A4 paper without authority for the purpose of exercising at the office at the construction site of the new construction site located in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si.
