1. The Defendant, on July 16, 2016, driven a B-type truck without a driver’s license at approximately 79 km from the front side of the wing section located in the Ganyang-si B-type Hanyang-si 15:30 on July 16, 2016 to the 70 km away from the Ganju-si Do road located in the Jinju-si Do-si Do-si Do-si.

2. 2016. 7. 21.자 범행 [2016고단1504] 피고인은 2016. 7. 21. 23:40경 광양시 광양읍 용강리에 있는 상호불상 식당 앞 도로에서부터 같은 읍 인동리에 있는 전주비빔밥 식당 앞 도로에 이르기까지 약 500m 구간에서 자동차 운전면허를 받지 아니한 채 B 포터화물차를 운전하였다.

From among concurrent crimes, the Defendant, among the concurrent crimes, was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving) on May 2, 2014 in the Gwangju District Court’s net support on May 2, 2014, and was sentenced to a three-time fine and a four-time fine for a non-licensed driving (non-licensed driving) in addition to the suspended sentence of two years.

In addition, the crime of this case was crackdownd on two occasions at intervals of not less than a week with no license.
