Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

1. Around October 29, 2018, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) around October 29, 2018, the trade name of C Co., Ltd. in the C Co., Ltd. of the third and third floors was changed to E Co., Ltd. as of February 2, 2018; and (b) on April 12, 2018 to C Co., Ltd.

At the office without authority by using computers, the name of the company: C: common shares; 18,300 shares; 10,000 shares; 18,300 shares of D, which were held in the name of F as of February 2, 2018; and 18,300 shares of D, which were held in the name of F as of February 2, 2018, the Defendant entered into a contract for the transfer and takeover of shares. The Defendant, who agreed to transfer the shares to F, who acquired the shares, agreed to do so and accepted it, shall respectively prepare and affix his/her name and seal to each other in order to verify this fact. On October 29, 2018, the transferor: F, and G: Upon preparing and printing the share transfer and takeover contract in the name of F, the name of F, the rights and obligations of the transferor, and the Defendant forged one copy of F, the share transfer and takeover contract in the name of F, the private document.

On October 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at the Jeju-si Airport No. 2, the Jeju-si Airport Co., Ltd., issued a forged shares transfer/acquisition contract to a person under consideration; and (b) had the person under consideration deliver the forged shares transfer/acquisition contract to G who was unaware of the forgery; and (c) exercised the forged shares transfer/acquisition contract by allowing the person under consideration to deliver the forged shares to G. who did not know of the forgery.
