In particular, the court below's sentence against the defendant, including the community service order, cannot be deemed to be unfair because there is no change in the conditions of sentencing after the appeal, and considering all the circumstances presented by the court below as well as all other conditions of sentencing in the records, it cannot be deemed that the sentence imposed by the court below, including the community service order, is too unreasonable.
