A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant committed the following crimes under the state that the Defendant was unable to discern things or make decisions due to mental disorder:
On April 3, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 18:55 on April 3, 2019, the victim C, operated by Daegu-gun District Court C, opened the entrance by force by hand to leave the entrance, and entered the entrance, and opened a simplified safe on the table of the office, and kept the cash of KRW 95,000, which was kept in his/her custody.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.
On November 7, 2019, the Defendant, around 20:58, tried to steal goods from “G” factories operated by the victim FF in Daegu-gun E, Daegu-gun, and did not have any correction device, and attempted to steals goods into a container office without any correction device. However, the Defendant was dismissed from the employees of the security company and did not commit an attempted act.
Around 16:00 on July 27, 2019, the Defendant: (a) went into theJ operated by the victim I in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) went into the upper session by opening the entrance gate between the victim and entering the said upper session; and (c) then intruded the said upper session by entering the said upper session; and (d) cut one out of the KRW 3,000 of the cash owned by the victim while the victim was kept in custody in the upper session (30 won per KRW 100) and the KRW 500 of the market price.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on the structure managed by the victim, and stolen the victim's property.
