The Defendant and the victim B (55 years old) were living together for about one year and eight months, and the Defendant, from August 1, 2017 to 13:00, placed the victim under his control for about 30 minutes, such as: (a) from around 12:30 on August 1, 2017, to around 13:00, the victim and the victim B (5 years old) were unable to open a door-to-door visit with the victim and to stop the visit; and (b) the victim was detained for about 30 minutes, such as preventing the victim from leaving the door-to-door without opening a door, despite being dispatched by the police officer.
