However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

No person shall provide any job placement, recruitment of workers or supply workers for the purpose of having them find a job for engaging in sexual traffic or other obscene acts.

Nevertheless, around June 7, 2017, the defendant introduced the defendant to be employed by C(n, 21 years of age) and B(n, 21 years of age) in sexual traffic businesses operated by B, by calls from the Seoul University Hospital located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul University Hospital and from B operating sexual traffic establishments.

As a result, the defendant introduced the job to enable C to be employed in a job in which sexual traffic is conducted.
