1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 23, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On July 31, 2017, the Plaintiff seeking reimbursement of the agreed amount and damages for delay on the ground that the Defendant did not pay the unpaid construction cost, even though the Defendant agreed to pay the unpaid construction cost of KRW 40 million between the Defendant and the Defendant.
