【Crime of Crimes, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for larceny by intrusion upon residence at night from the Suwon Flag on November 28, 2007, and on November 13, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to three years and six months of imprisonment for intrusion upon residence at night at the Seoul High Court on November 13, 2009. On June 28, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to three years and six months of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Suwon Flag Flag on June 28, 2013, and was sentenced to imprisonment at least three times on November 12, 2016 under Articles 329 through 331 of the Criminal Act, such as the termination of the execution of the sentence.

[Criminal Facts]

1. The Defendant habitually stolen money and valuables worth KRW 20,615,000, totaling 10 times in total, from around January 1, 2017 to around April 1, 2017, in front of the victim D’s house located on Pyeongtaek-si C and 2 level. The Defendant: (a) opened a second-story door outside the left-hand wall of the said house and intruded into the house; and (b) stolen one cell phone charging machine of KRW 10,00,000 in cash located in the living room; and (c) then, from around that time to around April 1, 2017, money and valuables amounting to KRW 20,615,000 in total, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Form.

2. On March 23, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) driving a motor vehicle with the F-high speed without obtaining a driver’s license from the parking lot located in E at the time of harmony at around 03:00 to the front of the road, driving a motor vehicle in the section of about 9km from the parking lot located in E at the time of Suwon-si to the front of the Suwon-si, and driving a motor vehicle at around 9km.
