However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On July 3, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 700,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Incheon District Court on July 3, 2007, KRW 2 million as a fine for the same crime at the Seoul Northern District Court on April 15, 201, and KRW 7 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (Refusal of Drinking Measures) at the Seoul Central District Court on January 12, 2015.

Criminal facts

On June 24, 2020: (a) around 22:18, the Defendant driven a DMW car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.158% at the section of about 15km from the road near the Gangseo-gu Seoul Airport, Gangseo-gu, Seoul to the C Parking lot located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
