A. The Plaintiff is the owner of 2.33/626 shares of each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “each of the instant land”). The Defendants are the owners of each of the pertinent shares stated in the separate sheet No. 2 “share by Defendant” among each of the instant land.

B. Each of the instant lands is part of the land divided into the Seoul Jung-gu AX large 2,069 square meters (hereinafter “the land before subdivision”). Korea sold the land before subdivision to AY, etc. from April 30, 1954 to April 30, 1954, while each purchaser owned the land before subdivision, sold the land by specifying the part occupied by each purchaser, and by transferring the co-ownership share of the land before subdivision in accordance with the occupied area. Each of the said buyers’ co-ownership share was transcribed in the partition registration, and each of the divided lands was occupied and used solely by each purchaser by owning the building above the land.

C. Between October 1956 and March 21, 2001, the land before subdivision was divided into AX or AZ, including each of the instant land. Each of the instant land was transferred by the owners first purchased from the Republic of Korea to occupy and use the co-owned share in the aforementioned manner, and was successively transferred.

On October 29, 2018, the Plaintiff received each of the above co-ownership shares from the number of heads who owned 22.33/626 shares of each of the instant land.

E. Meanwhile, on the other hand, on December 29, 2018 during the instant lawsuit pending, Defendant U.S. taken over the instant lawsuit on the part of Defendant U.S., who independently inherited the shares in each of the instant land, following the death of the net Q on January 3, 2019. Defendant W, X, AC, AD, Y, Z, AAA, V, AB, S, R (S, R, the network BA that could have become the heir of the net Q) taken over each of the instant lawsuit.
