No person shall smoke marijuana.

Nevertheless, at the end of November 2013, the Defendant collected marijuana leaves produced in the vicinity of the C Construction Site in Chungcheong City, and stored them in paper and stored in the vehicle. On the same construction site, the Defendant smoked marijuana by means of making the Defendant’s convenience as Alumsch Rexroth No. 1, which is parked in the same construction site, by inserting the marijuana leaves in the form of Alumsch Rexroth No. 1333, and inserting the smoke.
