B The Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000, and a fine of KRW 2,000,000, respectively.

B and C shall be subject to the above fine.

Defendant

C is a real estate broker, and A and Defendant B, as a husband and wife, concluded a re-lease contract on their residential areas through Defendant C, and they dispute with Defendant C as a result of old facility repair cost.

1. Defendant B: (a) around 13:00 on July 13, 2017, within the F real estate office operated by the Victim C in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan building; (b) on the grounds that A had expressed a desire during telephone conversations from the injured party, Defendant B sent the victim’s wife interest to G, who is an employee of the victim’s wife interest, for about twenty (20) minutes; (c) “I am her husband and her husband,” and “I am her husband and her husband,” and even if G met the Defendant, the Defendant refused to comply with it and continued to her face, thereby preventing customers from entering the office by avoiding disturbance.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the operation of the victim's real estate brokerage office by force.

2. Defendant C

A. At around 18:30 on July 13, 2017, the Defendant insultd the victims of the instant E commercial building by openly exposing the victims by making it difficult for the victims and their customers to be disturbed at the real estate office operated by themselves, such as the victim A and B, as described in paragraph (1).

2) On July 13, 2017, at around 19:18, the Defendant, within the above F Real Estate Office, for the foregoing reasons, “it must be feasible, and there is no such feasible, feasible, and fastened fastened,” to the victims;

In a large voice, the victims were openly insultingd by making it possible for the business owners of commercial buildings and customers who opened the said office outside the said office to hear.

B. The Defendant, on July 13, 2017, around 18:30, was the victim who was a female student of B for the foregoing reasons.
