1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 110,571,461 and KRW 23,608,529 among them, from January 16, 2016 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as specified in attached Form 1;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act): Provided, That the statutory interest rate from the date following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case under the provisions of the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015) and Article 2 (2) of the Addenda, shall be 15/100.
