1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 81,604,081 and KRW 73,274,190 among them, from February 27, 2019 to May 1, 2019.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Public Notice) applies mutatis mutandis to the following cases: (a) The “creditor” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant”; and (b) the Plaintiff stated on the first date for pleading that the portion of damages for delay as claimed in the claim should be reduced to 12% per annum.
