However, the Defendants did not have any intention or ability to pay principal and interest within two weeks as they promised to purchase and sell financial bonds of the Industrial Bank.

Nevertheless, on November 14, 2012, the Defendants deceptioned E, and they delivered the victim H as they are, and the victim transferred 20 million won to the new bank account (I) in the name of the Defendant B on the same day.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to cause E to be aware of such circumstances.
