Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, “2019 order779”, was unable to seek daily work for construction, and living expenses were insufficient, resulting in a theft of cash, etc. by entering a commercial store closed at night.
1. around 05:02 on December 10, 2018, the Defendant opened an entrance that was not set up in the 'U' restaurant operated by the victim T in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and S, and intruded into the 'U' restaurant operated by the victim T on December 10, 2018, and brought about KRW 115,000, the cash owned by the said victim at the 20th place, and stolen the victim's property.
