1. Basic facts
A. Defendant B operates the Taekwondo Chapter under the trade name of “E” in Young-gu, Young-si. The Plaintiff and Defendant C are employed by Defendant B and served as an instructor in the above Taekwondo Chapter.
B. Defendant B performed an election campaign, such as cutting down, spawn correction, and wintering, to improve business ability and promote friendship for Taekwondo instructors from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. on every week demand, and has been spawnizing with instructors.
C. However, on March 23, 2016, the Plaintiff and Defendant C engaged in a campaign with other instructors, as in March 23, 2016, and around 11:00 on the same day, the Plaintiff proposed to Defendant C to have a defect in Taekwondo. Defendant C, in response to the foregoing, sent back to the left back and sold the Plaintiff’s back at the right speed.

2. Determination on the cause of the claim
A. A.
