1. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Defendants.

Reasons

Since this Court omitted a judgment on litigation costs in a judgment rendered on February 20, 2014 with respect to this case, it rendered ex officio an additional judgment in accordance with Article 212 of the Civil Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
