The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a new-sea bus in D.

On March 13, 2014, the defendant driving the above bus at around 05:30, and let the victim treat the victim's 2-day intersection in Nam-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City at about 60k long-distance in line with two-lane 4-lanes from the boundary of the intersection, and caused the victim to treat the victim's e-mail (70 years old) to the left-hand side of the victim's 6-day e-mail in line with the moving signal while driving the above bus at around 05:30, the defendant violated the signal and neglected his duty to stop at the right-hand side of the victim's e-mail (the victim's 6-day intersection in line with the victim's 6-day driver's license) and continued to receive the direction to the left-hand side of the above bus, and caused the victim's e-day treatment of the victim's e-mail at the victim's 2-day e-day e-mail in front of the said e-day.
