A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On September 14, 2014, at around 23:50 on September 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) disputed the issue of failing to pay the victim’s drinking value within the “Esing shop” operated by the victim D, which was a large amount of interest; (b) the Defendant expressed the victim’s abusive speech at the victim’s singing room; and (c) the Defendant was a telephone operator in the singing room.

2. Definating;
