A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and by a fine of ten million won, and by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by a fine of ten million won.

1. From May 2014 to August 6, 2014, the Defendants violated the Act on the Punishment of Acts, Including Intermediating, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts (mediation of commercial sex acts) committed, along with G, at the “I” sexual traffic business establishment located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H and the first underground floor, and from male customers who found the said sexual traffic business establishment, received KRW 170,000 to KRW 230,00,00 from the male customers who had found the said sexual traffic business establishment, and had female employeesJ, etc. conduct the assessment or sexual intercourse with male customers by taking the sexual organ of their customers by hand.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with G to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.

The Defendants also recruited the Defendants to undergo an actual inspection on behalf of the Defendants, on the ground that K would be the president in the case where the Defendants were in operation of the said sexual traffic business establishment, and the Defendants were in control over the police while operating the said sexual traffic business establishment.

According to the above public offering, around May 2014, the Defendants proposed that K lent the name of the commercial sex acts business establishment, and if the police control, K borrowed the name necessary for the registration of the business operator to the Defendants on May 2014, and arranged that K receive KRW 170,00 or KRW 230,00 from the unspecified male customers to the female employees of the said “I” business establishment from May 2014 to August 6, 2014.

After that, as a result of the police control around August 6, 2014, Defendant A, Defendant B, Defendant B, and Defendant B, with specific information about the process of raising funds for acquiring sexual traffic establishments, the method of employing employees, the method of sexual traffic, and the charges for each hour, etc., ordered K to undergo an investigation into actual business owners, and K to undergo an investigation at the Gangnam-gu Seoul Southern Police Station located in the 113-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on August 11, 2014, according to the order of the said Defendants, K stated that it is an unemployed owner, and around December 11, 2014, K is located in the Seocho-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on the distribution of Seocho-gu.
