When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

1. 면허증 불실 기재 피고인은 2015. 1. 10. 경 대리시험 브로커 이자 일명 ‘ 선수’ 인 ‘C (2017. 6. 1. 부산지방법원에서 업무 방해죄 등으로 징역 1년 6월 등을 선고 받아 2017. 9. 23. 그 형이 확정됨)’ 이 작성한 ‘ 토익 또는 텝스 대리시험이 가능하다’ 라는 내용의 인터넷 게시 글을 보고 C에게 연락하였고, C은 피고인으로부터 토익 스피킹 대리 응시 의뢰와 함께 그의 증명사진을 송부 받고 이를 C의 증명사진과 합성한 후 피고인에게 보내주면서 위 합성사진이 부착된 신분증을 만들어 오도록 하였다.

Accordingly, on January 10, 2015, the Defendant prepared an application for the re-issuance of a driver's license at the examination site of the Seoul Western driver's license in Mapo-gu Seoul, Seoul, and submitted to the public official in charge by attaching a synthetic photograph granted by C in the photo page of the said re-issuance application to the “motor vehicle driver's license register” by submitting it to the public official in charge. As such, by creating a synthetic photograph with the driver's license attached, the Defendant made the public official in charge enter the fact of the defect in the driver's license in the Defendant's license under the name of the head of the Seoul Regional Police Agency.

Accordingly, in collusion with C, the defendant made a false report to C, and made it enter false facts in his license.

2. In collusion with C, as described in paragraph 1, the Defendant: (a) in collusion with C; (b) applied for an examination site and date and time to take an examination for earth-interest scaming; (c) applied for an examination at the relevant examination site and time; and (d) in the examination column, a synthetic photograph containing the face of the Defendant and C, as described in paragraph 1, was registered.

Since January 11, 2015, the Defendant is in the vicinity of the examination site of the Gacheon University located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si.
