Reasons

The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. As to confirmation of invalidity of dismissal and claim for wages

A. On the grounds indicated in its reasoning, the lower court determined that the Plaintiff’s claim for wages during the period of dismissal and confirmation of invalidity of dismissal against the Defendant is unlawful in light of the principle of invalidation and the principle of good faith, even though retirement by the Plaintiff’s submission of resignation is not so-called dismissal from office,
