1. As to the Plaintiff KRW 200,000,000 and its KRW 50,000 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 150,00,000 from September 18, 2015.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: A claim for a loan on the ground that the plaintiff lent 50,000,000 won to the defendant on September 17, 2015, and 150,000,000 won on January 7, 2016 at each rate of 18% per annum;
