If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

1. On October 21, 2013, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act (the disturbance of the revocation of the owner of a government office) entered a police box located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, for the purpose of drinking, carried the police box in the influence of alcohol to D, a police officer who was working there at the same place without any special reason, and carried out an act of disturbing the owner’s revocation at the police box, which is a government office for about twenty minutes.

2. The Defendant insultd the victim D, who was fluent to return home at a time, time, and place as set forth in the foregoing paragraph 1, by openly insulting the victim by referring to “the police officer was bitch bitch bitch bit.”
