If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

On June 15, 2015, the Defendant: (a) obtained the ownership of the said officetel 3036 for the purpose of lease by the victim C; and (b) obstructed the leased business of the victim by cutting electricity between August 13, 2015 to January 22, 2016, on the ground that the former owner of the said officetel 3036 did not pay the management fees in arrears by the victim; and (c) obstructed the lease business of the victim.
