At around 21:50 on July 30, 2019, the Defendant, in the second floor toilets of C Hospital C in Jeju, had a string of the 2nd floor toilets in C Hospital, in mind of similar rape, and had the victim D (55 years old) opened the door inside the string and opened the door outside the string to enter the string to the string, and infringed upon the room occupied by the victim.
