Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants are those who are in the F Hospital located in the E and the 2nd floor in the following:

1. No defendant A medical person shall falsely prepare a medical treatment record, etc. or intentionally enter or revise any additional record differently from the fact;

Nevertheless, on December 31, 2016, the Defendant stated “cambling stability” and “cambling stability” in the above G’s nursing record book as “cambling:72 times/ minute, blood pressure: 145/90mHg, body temperature: 36.8mV: 36.8mV,” and written “cambling stability” and T.P.R. Rhart as “fambling:68 times/ minutes, blood pressure: 120/70mHg, 36.5mHE” in the above H’s nursing record book, and written “cambling stability” in the above I’s nursing record book.

As a result, the Defendant entered false nursing records, etc.

2. No defendant B medical person shall falsely prepare a medical treatment record, etc. or intentionally enter or revise any additional record differently from the fact;

Nevertheless, on January 1, 2017, the Defendant, at the above F Hospital, was unable to confirm the life, condition, etc. of the above patients by staying at the hospital, G, H, and I, the patient being the patient, and entered in the above G's nursing record, "the competent trial" in the above G's nursing record, and stated "the competent trial" in the above H's nursing record, and stated "the competent trial" in the above I's nursing record.

As a result, the Defendant entered false nursing records, etc.

3. No defendant C medical person shall falsely prepare a medical treatment record, etc. or intentionally enter or revise any additional record differently from the fact;

Nevertheless, on January 1, 2017, the Defendant was unable to verify the patient’s life, condition, etc. at the above F Hospital, G, H, and I, the patient being the patient, and the patient’s life, condition, etc. at the above G’s nursing record.
