Defendant

A is a public official who has served as J at H 119 Safety Center ( April 27, 201, 201 - July 3, 2014) and I 119 Safety Center ( July 4, 2014 - January 18, 2015), and K is a public official who has served in the said H 119 Safety Center L Areas; and Defendant B is a public official who works in the permanent fire-fighting unit I 19 Safety Center ( July 27, 201 - July 3, 201) and H 119 Safety Center (hereinafter referred to as the “Safety Center”) and a public official who has served in the said H 119 Safety Center.

1. Suspect A;

A. On June 2012, the Defendant was aware of the fact at H 119 Safety Center offices located N in the permanent residence of a police officer on the following occasions: (a) even though he did not work overtime hours, he/she was asked by K to receive overtime work allowances; and (b) used his/her fingerprints so that he/she would receive overtime work allowances.

Around 23:00 on May 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the permanent fire fighting unit H 119 Safety Center located in the permanent residence; (b) the Defendant: (c) instructed a night employee whose name is unknown even if he did not work overtime hours; (d) had the Defendant work overtime hours from 18:00 to 23:00 on the same day; and (e) had the Defendant affix an electronic record of the electronic document at the entrance of the entrance; and (e) immediately thereafter, stored and used the electronic document at the computer program, including storing and using the electronic document for the 29 times in total, as indicated in the attached Table 1, from around that time to December 10, 2014.

B. Around May 21, 2013, the Defendant filed an application for excess work allowance to the permanent chief of a fire station, and received KRW 38,128 from the said fire station’s staff director in charge of accounting, and around that time, the Defendant filed an application for excess work allowance to the permanent chief of a fire station and received KRW 38,128 from the said fire station’s staff director.
