1. Between H forest land of 101,584 square meters in a Sinjin-si;

(a) Attached Table 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 23, 24, 21, 22, and 1 shall take precedence in the order of each point indicated on the appraisal map;

Reasons

1. According to the entries in Gap’s evidence Nos. 1 and 2 and the result of the appraisal commission with respect to the Korea Land Information Corporation of this Court, the following facts can be acknowledged: (a) the Plaintiff (Appointed Party); K, J, and Lian Association’s share ratio of 8,823.252/542/227; (b) the designated party’s share ratio of 3,528/542/227; (c) the designated party’s share ratio of 498,46.92/542/542,227; (d) Defendant C’s share ratio of 331/542,27; (e) Defendant D and Defendant F’s share of 1,653/527; (e) Defendant D’s share of 1,652/527; and (e) Defendant D and Defendant F’s share of 662/5227-27; and (e) Defendant D and Defendant F’s share of 627

2. Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the aforementioned evidence, the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the Defendants did not hold a subdivision consultation on the instant forest and field. However, agreement was reached between the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and some Defendants in the instant lawsuit. Considering the current status and surrounding circumstances of the instant forest and the Defendants’ share ratio, the attached appraisal number 1,23, 4, 23, 24, 21, 22, 22, 1, 34, 25, 1, 36 and 44, 1, 36 and 44, 200, 1, 36 and 54, 200, 36 and 51, 36 and 500, 200, 20, 36 and 51, 200, 36 and 51, 361 and 65, 200, 361 and 614, 25 and 200, 361 and 6361, 14,200, 200.
