On September 2012, Defendant A purchased 40 smartphones on the price basis with knowledge that he/she was a stolen in his/her name-free taxi driver from his/her taxi operator in Busan, but acquired the stolen goods by purchasing them on the price basis with knowledge that he/she was a stolen, and then purchased 40 smartphones on several occasions from around that time to October 201 of the same year with knowledge that he/she was a stolen in the same manner.

2. The Defendant, who acquired the stolen goods of Defendant B, takes the possession of the stolen goods from his name-free taxi driver at the Busan High Military Court on September 2012.
