1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 433,626,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 24, 2016 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff entered into a contract for goods supply with the Defendant, and supplied the Defendant with tension milk, but the unpaid amount of goods exceeds KRW 486,126,00.
The defendant concluded a guarantee insurance contract for the payment of goods on credit with Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd., and the insurance proceeds therefrom are 52,500,000 won.
Therefore, the defendant is obliged to pay 43,626,00 won after deducting the above insurance money from the plaintiff and damages for delay.
